Accommodation Clearance Deadline Released
This is to inform all freshmen and final year students who were successful in securing an accommodation that the deadline for the bedspace payment & clearance has been set by the Division of Students Affairs.
As stated in the allocation letter, after payment, you to print 3 copies of the letter of allocation and sign as an indication of your acceptance and take them to the warden for room allocation.
Failure to comply with this directive on or before June 7, 2016 implies you do not accept the offer and the space will be declared vacant and will be re-allocated to interested students. Keep a copy of the signed form, leave a copy with the warden and submit the last copy to Division of students Affairs.
